Delete your KhanaGenie account

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to KhanaGenie.
2. Scroll to the Account section on the main screen.
3. Tap Delete and confirm the deletion.

The in-app flow permanently removes your KhanaGenie account and associated app data.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address used for your KhanaGenie account. Use the subject "Delete my KhanaGenie account" and include the account email address in your message. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request.

Send requests to privacy@khanagenie.com. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your KhanaGenie sign-in account and account identifiers.
• Your profile and dietary preferences.
• Your favorites, cooking history, and grocery-list items.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or law. Copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups until those backups expire. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
